In our turbulent times Twitch uses the ultimate weapon to sell his Positive Patch to the masses. Twitch and Rant-dog are homemade hand-puppets controlled by severed arms. They usually bleed all over everything. However, for this episode Twitch thought the sight of blood would hurt sales of his Positive Patch. He insisted we remove the unsightly bodily fluids.
